Is SmartVantage a reseller or an MSP?

Neither. SmartVantage is an independent advisory: we help you evaluate, organize, and align technology decisions across an ecosystem of 350+ providers, and when you buy, you buy from the provider you choose. No quotas, no product line to push, no managed-services contract required.

How does SmartVantage get paid, and do I pay more by going through you?

No, you don't pay more. For most of what we source (carriers, connectivity, security, voice), the provider compensates us on the back end, the same way they'd pay their own sales team. It's the standard way these companies go to market, and it's what lets us stay independent: we're paid across a wide ecosystem, not tied to any one product, so the incentive is the right fit, not the biggest commission. Your price is the same as going direct, and often better, because we shop the market for you. Where a service carries its own fee, like managed mobility, we say so up front, and it's typically cost-neutral.

What exactly is a SmartReview?
